We knew we wanted to work with Martignetti because friends of ours have had great experiences there. We originally planned to build our patio ourselves and just buy the supplies from them. We felt unsure of where to start in the process and one of the people in the office kindly recommended we reach out to one of their coworkers, Mary. She specializes in helping people through this process. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She came out to our house to check out our yard and give us ideas and helped us plan. Underwhelming. I waited in line at the front desk and asked how to go about picking a natural stone to have it custom cut. Pretty standard question, one would think. But apparently it was just too much to ask for the big guy at the desk, who was very agitated by my question. No clue why.

Thank you for you professionalism and help completing my project. Would highly recommend using these guys. Great service and selection and knowledgeable staff and they where willing to fix a honest mistake that they had made. That goes a long way in my book 👍😎

I've gone to Martignetti's occasionally for years for various items and materials, and every time the people in the office at the sales desk, including Al, Marco, Corey and Kevin, and in the yard (where materials are loaded) have been helpful, patient, efficient and friendly. Recently we've needed various materials and a number of granite slabs of four different sizes. They were awaiting one particular size of slab from their supplier, and when it hadn't arrived after several days of waiting, they offered to cut down and edge larger pieces that they had, at no extra charge, and did it for us within an hour. Al is my usual contact, and he's a great person, with a great sense of humor. They're often very busy, with lots of customers and the phones ringing, so be patient. BTW, check out the s
