I called Tom about some issues I was having with my septic and he informed me that he was busy, but he would get to me in a couple days. He called me the day of and let me know he was on his way. He was very helpful and taught me some do’s and don’ts when it comes to the septic system. He was efficient, friendly, and reason. Top-notch service! Thank you, Tom!

He did a wonderful job of cleaning the septic tank out. As first time home owners, we didn’t know where the septic tank was. He found it super fast. He explained different things about the septic tank and proper maintenance on it. He came out super fast too especially since we were already having issues with it.

I was amazed at the service that Tom of Martin Environmental displayed. When I called him early in the morning on a Sunday before Labor Day, he answered on the first ring. As I begun to explain that my toilets and tubs were back fillings as I was washing clothes, he immediately politely interjected by advising me to turn off the washing machine. He then informed me that he had a few jobs that day but that he would get to me the next morning- Labor Day. He came as promised the next morning down my chirped up jagged washed out road on a rainy flash flood of a day. He was brave to come down a road where other cars of trucks get stucked regularly. He was so professional, and he worked fast. He educated me on how to care for my septic system as he pumped it out. I have always had city sewer in

We called several places on a Saturday and he was the only one to answer. He arrived pretty quickly the same day. He was very friendly and professional. While working, he also educated us on septic tank maintenance. I felt the price was very reasonable and was honestly less than I was expecting to pay. I’ve already recommended him to other people!

Martin Environmental did an amazing job pumping my septic tank. Very nice, prompt, and reasonably priced. I call yesterday and he came today. I would definitely recommend his service.
