This company is a wonderful place to have work done on your stove or dish washer. I had to have the stove eye switches replaced on my stove. They called to make sure that I was at home. When he got here he came in fixed the stove and left within 25 minutes. I will be in contact with them whenever I need anymore work done on my appliances.

These people are very excellent and know what they're doing very experience. I would recommend them 100% to someone. Everyone I spoke to in that company are very nice people . If you need something repair call them for all your Appliances repair.

This company is full of incompetent people. The Cx service rep scheduled an appointment and I checked my recall number with her specifically yet she managed to still screw it up. Now after wasting a day off waiting on service I’ve had to reschedule due to them calling a not even close to correct number and waste another day. I was told that my appliance won’t be fixed either. The must quote it and then come back. 3 wasted days is what this will cost… typical customer service from another crap company.

Had someone come out for a warranty job, waited over 3 weeks for someone to finally come out to replace a part, the tech said washer would be usable for the time being while we waited for another part, it wasn’t, tech did not know what he was doing, he completely cracked the plastic cover off of the hub, damaged it beyond repair he told us, so we eventually got a new washer because we were under the impression that the washer was not repairable, as per the technician. Low and behold a week later, my warranty company will not cancel my warranty because icy case is not closed by this repair company, so after this I contacted this company to figure out why the case was never closed, we were informed that the case wasn’t closed because whirlpool was sending more parts out to try to repair the

Super nice tech. just like Superman came in my home and flash he repaired my washer!! My sister had said Quality is all I’m using now, also and now I agree!
