William did an excellent job. Very thorough. Our only wish is that we would have received a text or email letting us know when to expect his arrival the day before or early that morning. I had to call to get a time frame after waiting until almost 11 to know an approximate time of arrival.
Justin has the most pleasant personality. I trust him to do a complete inspection/treatment every time he comes to my house. I asked him to ignore the after Christmas choas!! 🫣 Justin is a really nice young man.
