I highly recommend Action Air! Great customer service. Kelly was so helpful when I called regarding my Father's AC. I received an estimate from another company and the cost just did not seem right so I contacted Action Air and they explained the process to complete the job and get the AC running again. Very honest and they charged half of what the 1st company was trying to charge. Thank You!!

Man who came to give me quote was very nice. However that was a week ago and still haven't received anything. Called the office yesterday and they said they would call me back and never got the call back. Poor business etiquette. Even 3 months later and with this review they have not tried to contact me at all with my quote. So many people saying how great this company is. They must be really lucky to actually see them again

I used them for electric panel replacement.They did excellent work, very fast, efficient and very affordable. Mark and Nino the tech guys were super nice and extremely friendly and respectable. Special thanks to Donald Prickett for such great helpfulness. I highly recommend them.

Con artists hustled my grandmother for years. Got her to buy a ac way too big and expensive that caused humidity and mold after taking advantage of her for years. Old review no longer my view: My family has been using action air for years. Price is good, and they are honest about the work the recommended.

Called Action Air because they were referred by another AC guy. They came out and said I needed a new system. Said my AC was completely out of freon. He said they would have to get back with me on a price for a new AC. My house was 87 degrees and this guy gave me the impression he really couldn't be bothered. I paid $109 for a service call for which he did nothing. I immediately called Frank's Air Conditioning (based on their great reviews) and they came out right away. Although he agreed I needed a new unit he was able to get my AC going until the new unit could be installed. I never ever received a call back from Action Air on a price for a new unit. Stay away from Action Air!!
