I recently needed some plumbing work done, and after hearing that Martin Plumbing was voted the best in Kendall County through the newspaper, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Jodi on August 13th, and she was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and even asked me to send photos of the work required, which made the whole process much smoother. I was able to schedule an appointment just three days later, and Jodi informed me that Matt would be handling the job. Matt arrived on time and did an excellent job removing a house filter, draining the water heater, and installing a new shower handle in the master bathroom.
