Marty Holt Concrete and Grading

Called Marty to see about making a patio area for my home and to level out a portion of my backyard as I am on a small hill in April. For a month, he kept me informed of what he was doing so I didn’t think he forgot about me. On the day of the job, he was at my house 15 minutes early, setup up the patio area to pour the next day and graded my yard before getting some sand for my pool area. He was done in time so that I could go to bed by 2pm so I can get to work that night. The next day, even with a late start thanks to waiting on a rental and me going to bed as soon as I got home, he was in and out by 2pm that afternoon. I certainly love the results and can’t wait to set everything up now that my backyard is the way I want it. Thanks Marty.

Do not hire this man if you want a concrete job done properly. We had him pour concrete for our garage/kennel and it's probably the worst concrete job I've seen. The concrete has high and low spots everywhere and the concrete is cracking already. We had a trench drain installed and the concrete is not sloped properly to the drain which leaves water laying on the concrete instead of flowing to the drain. There are so many other issues as well, too many to list here. He did some grading for us as well which for the most part was ok, but he didn't slope the ground in front of the garage properly where they had dumped all the gravel for the job and now water puddles in front of the garage when it rains. Marty came to my house I had an old septic tank under my heating unit the soil had caved in due to rain the heating and a/c people wanted a large amount to move the unit .marty told me not move the unit he could pour flowablefill under the unit to stabilize it he did and it worked. I would recommend Marty holt to everyone .if I every have an issue again.i will not hesitate to call him thank you.marty

I'm not a customer but they destroyed a part of my driveway when working on my neighbors. Definitely don't recommend them.

Marty took care of everything we needed graded, had to wait on more dirt and stayed as long as it took to take care of us! Very professional and was punctual!
