Our refrigerator went out. Gave them a call and we scheduled a time for them to come out and hopefully get it fixed. They gave a courtesy call when they were about to head to my house. Those gentlemen showed up and got right to work and my fridge was fixed within 10 minutes! These guys know their stuff! Polite, quick and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again when needed!

Our wash machine at the salon was broken. Was told he was booked until next week & I explained that we use the washer several times daily since we are a business so we would be more than happy to fill any cancelation spots! Scott called me an hour later and stopped by real quick to check it for us! It ended up being a super quick 5 minute fix & he was thoughtful enough not to charge me a dime! Very knowledgeable & great service! Will use for all future appliance repairs!

Really expensive! Came to our house that was less than 1/2 mike away for 5 min or less to check on an ice maker charged us $75 and told us that we would need to buy a brand new ice maker or frigerator!

He was suppose to come out and look at my washer that was leaking. He never called me that day to let me know what time he could come out. Are called to say he couldn't come that day and setup up a different day and time. I would not recommended Scott's Appliances

He was Able to fix my washing machine but he was very unprofessional !
