I'm a Project Manager and we bought 19 HVAC units from this company. It was the worst experience we ever had in our international telecom projects. Very poorly organized, bad responses to emails, the unit had a leak in the system, lots of alarms, the measuring pipe was pinched, the edges of undeburred and sharp metal sheets and the documentation was very poor. I'm sorry it has to end that way but we will not buy again or recommend on this company.

I deal with MANY HVAC companies on a daily basis, this company by far, has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER encountered within this industry. I do not understand a company that takes multiple days to reply to you with a "quote" after you have to provide them with everything but your grandmothers first born son....before the quote ( not knowing if you will even purchase from them ). Tomorrow will be day 4 of waiting to get a response, and hopefully the response will not be the same as todays...."Well Brandy it will be tomorrow, its almost quittin' time around here." I will gladly pass that info on to my customer who wanted to replace ALL of the units in their facilities within the next few months.

I ordered a part a week ago now and all I get for shipment answers are that it is out for delivery. they cannot provide me with a tracking number, nor will anyone return my emails or call request. They did however, charge my CC for the parts a week ago. Very poor customer service and now I am at risk of losing my customer due to the unreliable service and information. In addition, I was told that shipping a small box with a motor is over $85.00 standard ground, $360 overnight. Unbelievable!!

Hands down, the worst over the phone customer service. Not only is parts ordering not very streamlined, but then you have to deal with poor attitudes when trying to order your parts. Call Mingledorffs and pay the up-charge. It will be more effective than calling here.
