Maryland Shingle

We had our roof, skylights, gutters, windows and siding done by Maryland Shingle in 2006 (ish). They did a wonderful job! This past week, we noticed a water stain in an upstairs closet and gave Mike a call, left a message and received a call within 1 hour. The next day a technician was sent out to do an inspection. Yes, that fast! It was discovered that some cracking around the roof vents had occurred. The technician made the quick repair and reported that the roof and skylight were in very good shape. After recommendations from neighbors, we used his company to replace the roof in our old house, and based on that positive experience we used them again for the roof and siding in our new Annapolis place. During the recent siding installation they uncovered significant structural rot near the chimney. This was a serious issue but Mike worked with us to implement a building-code-compliant fix, at minimum cost. Their work is top notch and we're very happy to recommend Mike and Maryland Shingle.

Maryland Shingle had completely replaced the shingles on our roof 10 years ago and did an excellent job. Recently, a tree fell on the garage resulting in holes in the roof and the damage to the siding. Maryland Shingle accurately evaluated what was needed and their cost was within line of the insurance company payment. I was very pleased with their timing in making the repairs and the quality of the repairs.
