Your concrete trucks need to stop getting off Illinois Ave to go the Bartow Road. The should take the safer way which is off Brooks Street where they can switch to the left lane and make a safe u-turn instead of blocking the Illinois Ave and Bartow Rd. waiting to have the opportunity to cross or turn towards Bartow. I'm reaching out before they can cause an accident besides the delays to the Eaton Park residents they are causing already when they are trying to go to work or take their kids to school.
