Maschmeyer Concrete - Orange City Plant

I ordered 10 yards of concrete and was looking forward to a beautiful expanded driveway, unfortunately all our hard work was wasted as the concrete truck arrived , he drove right over our existing driveway and broke 4 slabs of 4” thick concrete, about 400 sq ft area. I am surprised he had no common sense that a truck that size can easily break concrete and he didn’t ask for directions. This property has 2 acre front yard and there was absolutely no need for concrete truck to use the driveway to pour concrete. I called their sales office to tell them about what happened, I spoke to Tom, his response was they are not liable, once the truck is on my property it’s my problem. He showed absolutely no concern or care. He had the audacity to ask when I was going to remove the broken driveway

They weren't able to deliver the blocks we needed but I was able to go pick them up. I'm just glad they had the specialty blocks that I needed.

Rudest company to work with. I wouldn’t use them again no matter what. So unprofessional.
