Maschmeyer Concrete - St. Cloud Plant

It was my first time using Maschmeyer concrete since I have a pool build on Plainview Road really close to this plant. I figured I would use them and try them out since I use Kennedy Concrete usually. I placed my order through dispatch the week before, and they said they would run my card the morning of delivery. Ran my card on a large order and they had a problem with it going through. Nobody called or emailed to try another card. Half hour past our delivery I called to see what the holdup was. Gave them another card and everything was fine. I had a concrete pumper and 8 man crew standing around collecting $$$ because of this. The guy said he doesn’t have time to call people if there are problems with the card? So lose 2 deliveries and ~$3500??? Not to mention push the schedules back??

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I am receiving. The trucks are taking far too long to arrive, which is seriously affecting my work. Additionally, the drivers are irresponsible and disrespectful. Even though I unload quickly to keep the flow going, they waste a lot of time washing at the washout and remain parked using their phones for over 45 minutes. This behavior is causing unnecessary delays. I have evidence to support this. I expect you to take action to correct this issue and ensure a more efficient service.

Watched one of their trucks on 192 as it trailed into other lanes, multiple times. One time it was next to a work van. Guy in the work van threw an arm up and the Maschmeyer driver flipped the bird and began honking his horn over and over gesturing to the side of the road, trying to fight. I didn't catch the truck number, but the driver had a shaved head, and was going bald. In the middle of their dispute I honestly thought I was going to get run over by the concrete truck, had to stay back. Edit: Just to be clear, I have not used this business, and this review does not reflect the product. I just couldn't believe how their driver acted on the road, in such a large truck. It was straight up dangerous.
