Masonry Waterproofing, and Drainage Masters

From start to finish Masonry Waterproofing was great. Marc evaluated our house carefully and found the source of the water in our basement and diverted it. Far better than letting it in and then pumping it out. The work was doing well and quickly and the cost was fair and explained with no surprises, communication was excellent, 5 stars.

We had a sudden basement leak issue and Byron came out the very same day to help us assess what was going on. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out even more was his kindness and empathy. He took the time to explain things clearly, gave us honest guidance without any pressure, and truly cared about helping us feel at ease in a stressful situation. It’s rare to meet someone in the trades who is not only skilled but also such a genuinely kind human being. We’re so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing masonry or basement work.

Byron’s crew at Masonry Waterproofing, and Drainage Masters did a great job at waterproofing and stabilizing our leaking 107 year old basement. Cost, while not inexpensive, was quite reasonable given the amount of labor involved. The crew went above and beyond with several details and kept things very clean throughout the multi-day process. I guess the best thing I could say about any company is that I would recommend them to my Mom, and that’s true here.

They did great work on two projects for me and always had excellent communication, fair pricing, and effective results. I consider them very trustworthy and are always my first call for drainage issues.
