Mass Garage Doors Expert

Ronen was a lifesaver tonight! Our garage door opener completely broke down last night and was far too heavy to open manually so our car was outside in the bitter cold AND I have surgery scheduled for tomorrow. Our business involves moving heavy objects from the garage into the car and I would have had to carry them through the house to get the to the car outside. I contacted two companies with excellent reviews and the ability to schedule an appointment online. One of them called me back, completely disregarded the appointment I had scheduled and said the earliest they could see us was 5 days later.
