I hired Mass&Mass to do some minor repairs on my roof. They had the lowest bid, but also the most accurate as to the service needed; no upselling like most of their competitors. And in follow up, we agreed an additional part was required and they on charged cost to add it. They showed up promptly and efficiently got the work done with pictures to document the work. I highly recommend Wilson and his team.

We hired Mass and Mass roofing after talking to many roofers. As a home owner, I was not feeling very confident because many roofers told me different things. Wilson made a very honest impression to me and had a reasonable price. He had good reviews. When the roofing project started, I was first shocked because there were issues with my roofing deck and it had to be fully replaced. Wilson worked with me to come up with an alternative roofing material and some ways that we can keep the costs limited - the overall project cost a few thousand more, but overall I think it was fair because there were a few unexpected work items. He paid attention to quality and solving the problem correctly - this is really important I think.

I hired Wilson for three tasks: gutter leak repair, exterior paint cleaning, and minor roof moss treatment. None were done properly, and their work left me with new issues I now need to fix myself. For the gutter leak, he insisted on replacing the L-flashing—something I didn’t believe was the cause. They replaced the existing and functional flashing and several shingles in the process. Then they offered to reuse the old shingles, which had nail holes. After I refused, they installed mismatched shingles.. The leak continued, and after 2 attempted connections and no response, they eventually returned after a few days. They couldn’t identify the issue and claimed it was “normal.” I ended up climbing the roof myself to find the actual problem, which they then tried to patch with a quick fix.

I was extremely satisfied with Mass & Mass! they were professional, punctual, and clearly explained every step of the roofing process. The crew worked diligently and efficiently, leaving my roof looking fantastic with a meticulous clean-up and repair afterwards. Their pricing was fair and they were very responsive and patient to any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services! They worth more than 5 starts!

Hired Wilson to replace my roof and add a few skylights. He was super easy to communicate with and his crew did a great job in my house. They also did the drywall and paint work of the skylights inside the house and installed new ceiling lights for me. His electrical and drywall sub-contractor did a great job, delivered on-time and did not leaved any mess behind inside the house. His roofing crew worked hard everyday from 8am to 9pm installing new roof and finished the whole thing in just 3 days. They clean and pick-up all construction dumps every day Leaving our drive way clear. Wilson regularly checks the crew every day which was great feeling someone who is in charge is supervising the crew closely. He gave me a reasonable quote for the project, not the cheapest and not the most expens
