Mass Mulch

Delivery showed up early in the morning, which was great. They prefer email for communication and replied quickly whenever I had a question. The truck they used was pretty cool—it was split in two so they could bring two different kinds of mulch at once. I wish I had known that earlier so I could’ve added some topsoil too. The driver was super polite and careful with the drop-off. Overall, really happy with how it went!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with MassMulch. The wood was delivered fast, lights quickly and burns cleanly. The ordering interface was also very user-friendly. We will be, and have already been, recommending MassMulch and Joe (who delivered for us).

Had Mass Mulch deliver to my home 2-3 times. Great experiences. Reasons: All done online through a very easy online form. An online calculator helps you with the amount to order. You don't need to be able to estimate tons or yards. All you need is a tape measure for the length, width, and depth of the area you need material for. You can pay by credit card before or on check day of delivery You can pick the day of the delivery you want as long as they have it available--not a two to three-day window if you don't want that (from what I understand) Drop a chair, a cone, or something else that identifies where the product is to be delivered day or a range of days That's it! The price seems fair too (there is a delivery charge) though I never did much research after the first delivery s

Got 2 cords of firewood delivered. Looks like more than 2 cords now that I have it stacked. Also there is probably 3 wheelbarrow loads of scraps and kindling. I appreciate a business that gives you a little extra. It's a good mix of hardwoods and some pine. Thanks Mass Mulch.

UPDATED We've used MassMulch two more times, and they've been consistently excellent - and available quickly. ---- The whole process from reaching out through delivery was fast and professional. Bob, the owner, used Google's street view to work with me on where the mulch and dirt could be dropped (power lines, trees, and narrow streets, oh my). Jason, took his time to make the drop safe, and was really personable. The mulch and grower's soil was excellent quality and looks great.
