My family and I worked with Victor and Hann from Mass Pro Solutions - Victor took advantage of my elderly Aunt. Most of the promises the he made, he never fulfilled. Never coming back to finish the work or the job he said he was going to do. He also had her personal belongings in storage for 3 months. After receiving a 2nd opinion many of the of the claims of molding where made to be untrue. My families last encounter with Victor was when he received the last payment of 5,000 never to be heard from again. My family is STILL waiting for Victor to come back and finish work that was promised.
