I really can’t say enough good things about Massey Plumbing. They are always punctual, professional, and their pricing is fair and clearly communicated. We have been using them for 6 years and have no plans to use anyone else. Highly recommended.

I’d give a negative rating if I could. Completely destroyed my business with shoddy work back in March and I am STILL waiting on their insurance company to make it right. It’s JULY now. I have not received a single penny. Massey just shrugged it off and keeps on being in business while we struggle because of the damage they did. I’ve stayed quiet long enough. Avoid this company at all costs. Everything I have heard about them since tells me those five star ratings are absolutely bogus.

Changing from 5 stars to 1 because my bathroom leak is worse now and i have water all over my floor and cant get ahold of anyone. Mailbox is full and cant leave a message for the oncall folks. My spigot outside is dripping too. I have deleted my 5 star review. The guys that came were very nice. I'll at least give you that.

They installed a backflow meter and the job was quick and seamless. I simply gave authorization, reviewed the finished work and paid the invoice. I'm very satisfied with Massey Plumbing!

The crew came 1 hour earlier than scheduled. Did all work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
