I have been so impressed with Massey, each encounter has been as positive as the last. I’ve contacted Massey in the past regarding Jerome and how knowledgeable and professional he was in educating me regarding various concerns centering on insect control. And regarding Yancy with his incurable rapid response to an issue that developed between scheduled visits. Now just yesterday I had the good fortune to meet Juan Arroyo, another individual in the beyond excellent category. He is incredibly kind, respectful and also professional in the execution of his services. Juan noticed I was struggling with a package due to my physical limitations and he kindly offered to assist me… I was very thankful and appreciative. Juan is an excellent ambassador for Massey.

We were stuck with Massey for over two and a half years, and what a complete disaster. Nothing but empty promises, no results, and they RUINED our front yard. Instead of helping, they made everything worse. We called multiple times. THREE of their people came out, took pictures, grabbed samples, and all said, “We’ll talk to the manager and get back to you.” No one ever did. Not once. Last week, my husband called again and made it clear: either fix this or we cancel. And the woman on the phone basically laughed and said, “Go ahead and cancel.”Seriously? That’s how you treat paying customers? Like trash? I wish I could give you ZERO stars. You don’t deserve even one. Massey is a joke, unprofessional, careless, and absolutely not worth a dime. Robert was great. Worked quickly, 5 stars on his work, very polite nice guy. Also James Reeves who I’ve spoken to in the past is also great. Both of those guys are 5 stars and I will continue to hire and recommend Massey because of them.
