We’ve been customers of this pest control company for nearly 3 years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has gone drastically downhill. At first, things were fine – appointments were kept, and the service seemed to work. However, over the past year, it’s been nothing but frustration. They no longer respect their appointment windows, which has caused us to rearrange our schedules multiple times, only to be left waiting or completely missed. The main issue has been with ants, and despite having them out three separate times for the same problem, the issue still isn’t resolved.
