Massey Services Pest Control

I have been using Massey Services for about 2 years. In July of this year I reported brown spots in my grass. I was given reasons why and steps to be taken to fix. Well, here we are in December, and my back yard looks horrible, so so so much worse. What was once a beautiful, nice lawn is hideous. I now have patches beginning on my side yard, heading to the front yard. A technician has made visits on several occasions however, there have been zero improvements, things continue to get worse. Very disappointed in this company. Attached are 2 photos from the small brown patches first detected then 3 photos of what they are now.

After being a loyal customer of Massey Services for 20 years, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Austin, who had been our technician for the past year, destroyed my yard and my neighbor’s yard during service by applying the wrong chemical, causing grass to die in several areas. When I spoke with the new manager, Greg, I was told that because we have bimonthly service, Massey would not be responsible for fixing the damage. I now have spots in my yard where nothing will grow for months, even after patching with new grass. After two decades as a customer, I expected professionalism, accountability, and fair treatment. Instead, I received poor service, and I cannot recommend Massey Services based on this experience.

First time home buyer and not a Florida native, so when we met Alfonso from Massey, we were super grateful. He spent time explaining to us the full details of our termite bond, things to watch out for and clear recommendations on how we could protect our home. He didn’t rush through his explanations, nor try to push us on services we didn’t need, but was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We have also been able to reach out to him directly with additional questions and his responses have been timely and supportive. We are so grateful for Alfonso and will be working with Massey to protect our home.

Had a yard full of grass, was assured it was going to look great. Then got a lot of excuses why its looking the way it is. I have weeds and dead patches of grass. So I neither got the weed control, nor the grass growth.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. At a very compelling and professional visit with a sales representative, despite my hesitations about using them, I signed up for pest, lawn, and irrigation maintenance. Massey repeatedly failed to complete scheduled services at my home. Despite multiple appointments being set, no one ever arrived to perform the work. I ultimately terminated my services, yet more than two months later I am still waiting for a refund of nearly $2,000 in prepaid services. Each time I call, I am given a different explanation for why the refund has not been processed. I am hopeful that this public review will prompt Massey Services to do the right thing and resolve this matter promptly. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services
