Massey Services Pest Control

I would give zero stars if the system would allow it. We signed up to have full pest control and have the house sealed and trap any and all rats. Turns out they did not fully seal the house and 9 months later we have rats. The rats chewed through pipes causing water damage. We had to have repairs costing over $7000. They keep avoiding our calls telling us they will call us back. Places still open that were never closed off. I included pictures that were never closed off.

Don't use these guys for your lawn! I have lived at my home for 10+ years and never had any issues with the lawn pests or diseases. I switched to Massey last year and this summer lost my yard to Chinch bugs. Massey took well over a month to correctly diagnose the issue and by then the damage was done. They did put in plugs to help with remediation, but those take months to fill in under the best circumstances - I live in an HOA and we are entering dormant season - the HOA is not allowing me that much time to fix the yard and Massey has been well aware of this. So, my yard yard looks terrible, I've now hired a different company and I now have to spend a big chunk of change to re-sod. I am leaving this review because of the Massey tech that services my properties. Jason has provided excellent service on my properties! He communicates when it comes to scheduling service appointments and if there are an issues that arise that need to be addressed. He recently used liquid spray at a quarterly service which we normally don't have done unless it is needed. He contacted me to let me know and apologized for the spraying of the property. I appreciate his honesty and integrity! I treat my clients with honesty and integrity and that is what I expect from companies I do business with! I appreciate Jason and the service he provides! Doug Mitchell with their irrigation services is the only one we trust helping us with our lawn system. Doug is thorough, reliable and honest. His assessment and quick remedy to any irrigation issues we've had in the past year has given us great peace. A full overhaul of our current system, complete with new heads and better placement of them has given us a healthier lawn. The ONLY gripe I would have is that there is ONLY ONE of him! I agree, don't use these guys for your lawn. I bought a new build home and hired Massey after about 6 months to maintain the beautiful lawn that I had. The salesmen come out and promises you the world that your lawn will look great and emphasize their guarantee and have the guarantee written all over their brochure. I hired them with a great deal of confidence. BIG MISTAKE. Trying to make a long story short. When I had a problem, someone would come out to assure me it would be fixed and it never was, but they were good at selling more products that they said would make it better.
