Massey Services Pest Control

For some 10 years, I’ve had great service from Massey on four properties but recently they hired a new person to do the treating and I’m not getting any oversight. The yards are not looking well and I can’t get anyone out to view and treat my properties two of the four properties have lots of weeds, even though I have been paying regular bills for years I have asked Flowers Landscaping to come out and view all four properties and give me a quote. I’m ready to switch all the yards in my neighborhood treated by flowers look great.

Robert was our technician but moved up into sales. We now have Tom. Both are great. Very friendly and respectful. We haven't really had ants and bugs in the house since we started using Massey about a year ago. Great service and results!

Juan Arroyo is one of Massey’s BEST employees. He’s thorough, professional and so very knowledgeable! When an employee is out in the field they represent the company, no matter who you met to ‘sell’ you their service. Mr. Arroyo goes above and beyond with his expertise. We’ve been a client of Massey services for over 10 years because of him.

I’ve used Massey for 4 years for lawn care on 3 of 4 rental properties. The 4th is managed by the HOA. I’ve been extreme happy with their lawn services and have recommended them to neighbors multiple times. I’m posting this review using a link from an email Massey sent. They also asked me to send them any concerns directly. I did so but haven’t received any response. I contacted Massey about a termite issue at the 4th property. I had removed the bottom 2ft of wood siding on the front of the house showing termite activity and damage. They sent an inspector out the next day. He seemed very reluctant to fully inspect the building, especially the attic and roof structure but did so at my insistence. I had to remind him to take his flashlight with him.
