To be clear this is about landscape services —. They are terrible in Ocala….Wow, in 8 years they have destroyed my lawn gone from green and lush to weed and dead spots looking for New company now. Technician keeps mentioning that we have issues, but still only see them quarterly. Newest affront is that my free lawn aeration broke 4 sprinkler heads, record this year. Way to go. Got a few last year as well, I think they are hoping that I have them back for sprinkler service (ha that was the first service we canceled due to their terrible work ethic and poor customer service. Sad thing is that the bug service we have no complaints there. Hopefully they will still provide great service on the bug front when I figure out their labor intensive cancellation policy. We have been paying Massey for over 20 years to take care of our lawn (St. Augustine grass). In the beginning their service was great and our lawn looked very nice. This year the lawn has gone downhill fast. We have large patches of dead grass and the weeds have begun to take over. This spring (2025) I paid Massey's irrigation department to replace some sprinkler heads that were leaking. The tech installed the new heads but did not adjust the spray pattern. I ended up spending a hour adjusting the spray heads for full coverage. Last week I called to arrange for someone to look at my lawn and determine what is going on with the dead grass and weeds. The service rep told me that someone would be out on Monday. No one showed. I called again on Tuesday and was told someone would be there on W

I terminated my prepaid annual contract early due to gross incompetence, negligence, and safety concerns. • Lazy Inspections: After reporting dead shrubs in my backyard, a supervisor ghosted our scheduled meeting. He showed up days later unannounced. My security cameras proved he only checked the front yard and completely ignored the backyard where the actual damage was. • Dangerous Incompetence: I caught a technician about to apply chemicals to my neighbor's property instead of mine. He blamed the GPS. If I hadn't intervened, my neighbor would have had unauthorized chemicals applied and my home would have been skipped entirely. • Pattern of Deceit: From supervisors canceling appointments with weak excuses to gaslighting me about weeds I had to pull myself, this company cannot be trusted.

Gabriel Leal has been so great. We had issues with tawny ants and roaches. He has solved both problems. Unbelievable. He was always available, knowledgeable, kind and effective. Best service I have ever experienced.
