Massey Services Pest Control

I have been a Massey customer for many years. For me, this says a lot because if they weren’t good at their job, I would not have stayed with them. The technician I have is named Shane and he is the best at what he does. He always lets me know when he will be here, ask if there’s any particular pest problems currently, and addresses them promptly and thoroughly. So this would be enough as far as Pest Control Service goes. But Shane takes it a step further. He’s kind, courteous, and professional. In short, he makes his company look great. Massey is lucky to have him!

Just want to compliment Shane on another job well done!!!! Shane is very professional while at the same time very friendly with lots of advice when needed. Shane notices issues that as a homeowner one wouldn’t think of. Shane treats us like he would want to be treated!!! He’s always on time, knows what needs to be done and doesn’t hesitate to start before knocking on the door!! Massey needs to recognize and keep him happy because the day they loose him is the day we will have to look elsewhere!! Congrats Shane on another great job!! I have quarterly service with Massey, and they are fantastic. They’re always on top of their quarterly inspections and responsive when there are nests that need to be removed around my home. Mike has serviced my home numerous times. He is friendly and knowledgeable when questions come up. Definitely reliable.

Shane is, without question, the best pest control technician we have ever worked with. From start to finish, he is professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I've been a Massey customer for about a year and a half now, and I am so glad I got Mike as my pest guy! He's very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about virtually every pest you could possibly think of. (He's also helped teach me things about my cats' health and wellbeing, which I'm very grateful for. :) Needless to say, I've learned a lot!
