Massey Services Pest Control

Massey is my first and only choice for pest control. They cover it all from roach control, to rodents and have a separate termite service that gives me piece of mind that my home is safe . The technicians that have come to my home are always professional and friendly. They listen to my needs and make sure I'm happy with their service. They have been my people for over 10 years and will continue to be in the future. All around great experience every single visit. They don't have hidden charges, or make promises that they don't keep. I love all the workers there. They are all on point!! Every time, all the time.

We were having issues with a previous company that we had. I called Massey and Kevin was an absolute professional. He got us on schedule. The tech that came out was on time and professional and resolved our bug issues! A great company to work with.

Not satisfied with service,. Since the takeover from orange environmental my grass has thinned out has brown spots on several areas we have to put new sod which we did already for a large area and we had more bugs visible to me. I called to cancel service due to these issues and was told a manager would call me; it’s been 2 months and nothing meanwhile a one of my neighbor has the same issue while another customer from Massey , also on the same street gets new sod they come in often to put in plugs and fertilizer as needed. Don’t get me wrong I could care less about other people but what is unfair is unfair and I call it out. I was a paying customer even before they took over. I will not reconsider but I just want you to know my experience. Going with a company with a better reputation

Dean was my technician for services at my house today. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Great overall job.

Tired of excuses of being under staffed. Yard looks terrible in areas and I have been a customer for multiple years. Took two weeks to get a supervisor out. When he came out he stated they would have someone out in 2 weeks to respray for weeds. Additionally, was advised they would be out to rake in command in bare areas to help return the yard to looking good again. Week of June 4th, received a call they would be out to spray weeds. The day of the service, they called and said they would not be out, no reason given. Was advised they would try to work me in over the next week and never heard back. I also questioned about the command again and I asked to have the supervisor to follow up, still have not heard back. We were also scheduled to have the yard aeration done by end of Ma
