I had 2 appointments scheduled for the same day, one for irrigation (Jeff) the other for pest control (Mike). Both were incredibly informative and professional and both did great work in a timely manner with great patience when it came to answering questions for both my wife and I. I wanted to comment on what an outstanding job our Massey technician Mark Platt did on our new home. I arrived to the home finding live palmetto bugs greeting me at night in my bath and kitchen. I already had an appointment scheduled for later that week but Massey accommodated my issue and sent Marc out right away. He found a somewhat panicked customer and took the time to explain and educate us on how the bugs were making their way into the home and provided a detailed explanation of how he would treat both the interior and exterior of the home. His attention to detail was awesome and I felt calmer and more assured that together we would quickly get this bug issue under control. The inspector Marty Wykes was knowledgeable and explained options in detail. Builder termite warranty just expired and Massey Services was the company we trusted to protect our investment. Would recommend Marty and Massey to friends and neighbors.

Jeff fixed the problem immediately and checked the other sprinklers. He arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently and skillfully. I will call Massey every time and ask for Jeff.
