Customer service is terrible. They’ll take your money and they’ll lie to you and they’ll tell you what your obligation doesn’t matter. The guy told me he’s only been in the office for five days and he has obligations they canceled my service appointment twice and now expect me to be cool Extremely unprofessional. And they expect you to be cool with that paid over $700. My lawn was way nicer before they start spraying and they gave you an excuse saying oh well it takes a couple sprays. Do I just let them continue to kill my grass and then the only thing the GM could offer me was a complementary spray looking for my lawn to be the way it was before they started spraying

Harry is a very efficient and thorough inspector. He meticulously examines all the main areas of our house for any signs of termite activity. He also is a very friendly person and is always respectful of our home and property when he does his inspections.

You've Been Warned! I am giving this location a 1 star review, because of their customer service, & poor conflict resolution. They also seem to have poor reasoning & listening skills. We had Massey at our previous address. We were satisfied with the service that we received from that office. Therefore, we decided to stay with Massey, even though it was out of a different office. In hindsight, this seems to have been a huge mistake! 1. Their fees are higher than the Massey office that serviced our previous address, for a property that was comparable in size. 2. 2 weeks ago, a tech came by to inspect the termite traps/stations. It seems as though he was only here for 15 minutes. After he left, I noticed that the stations couldn't have been checked, because they were buried beneath the grass.

Massey has always been there for me when I needed it and always with quick response. Anytime there is an issue with my home, their office is always able to schedule me in. Their technicians are professional, honest, and courteous. I recently had a billing inquiry, and they followed up with excellent customer service. Massey is a company I will continue to support.

Winter Garden Massey Services. My yard is always full of weeds. They hardly show up. It's been three months and they still haven't come to treat my lawn. Funny they're always looking for you to pay for a full year to receive a discount. HA, a discount to not show up ! Follow-up: Received a call from the Winter Garden office. Nice conversation. Discussed my yard issues. They had showed up on time in January and I had paid it. My apologies! I did not remember paying it. They offered to come out and treat my yard, but my next schedule service is only a few weeks from now. So, I am happy ! Thank you for following up and talking with me ! Lawn by Massey, after Follow-up ! Never even showed up after they said they would. Looking for another Lawn care provider.
