worst over the phone experience. the woman made a bunch of excuses on why they couldn’t refill the tank. when i had answers to her reasons she would continue to make an excuse. it’s like she didn’t want me to make an appointment

This place is a partial owner for a local store in my town that has been there for years and the community love them and love the people. This egregious and disingenuous company raised their rent to 35k a month causing them to shut down. I would like to say on behalf of my community and the special operations community you better have your ducks in a row.

Yvonne goes the extra mile to ensure that my delivery requests are executed in a timely manner and provides multiple payment options. I contacted this company last Wednesday to order oil for my elderly father's house. They assured me that the oil would be delivered by Friday, but unfortunately, it did not arrive. Consequently, my father ran out of oil over the weekend and had to endure the cold. After reaching out to their answering service, the owner, Patricia Nelson, returned my call. Initially, Ms. Nelson was quite rude, frequently interrupting me and refusing to listen. She adamantly stated that they would not be able to make an emergency delivery to my father. To my surprise, she then claimed that they hadn't delivered the oil on Friday due to a declined debit card. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that they had processed the wrong debit card—despite my sister's explicit instructions not to use it

This company has absolutely no integrity and they do not conduct business honestly. I have had multiple employees lie to me to cover their own mistakes, including not registering the 10 year warranty on my Champion Heat Pump 4 years ago. They say the bill was not paid, but they did not leave me a bill or send me one. Then Patricia told an employee to pull my debit card from an old oil delivery and they tried to charge it for over six thousand dollars. Four years later and I am still dealing with their negligence and lack of honesty. Avoid at all costs. They are aggressive and combative over the phone and even though they admitted they did not register the warranty, they blamed me for not paying a bill that I never received.
