Only because no 0 option! They came out quick and diagnosed the problem on my dishwasher said 7-10 days, It was 1 month yesterday! No contact, no return calls to my messages, GE customer service couldn't find a work order when I contacted them!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSSINESS BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE
Didn't do business with him and after leaving a message bases on Lowe's telling me he would service our refrigerator, he called me back shortly after and explained he never got the service order. Was friendly when discussing the situation.
