Chance Davis was an awesome sales rep. He is very knowledgable, very informative, answers all wuestions ( and I had a lot), and doesn’t forget you AFTER the sale. He got us an excellent price on a 26K Generac. He beat every other company we spoke to. He has followed up with us through calls and texts. many times He has assured all our needs are met and all our questions are answered. He gave us his cell phone number and answers our calls and our texts promptly. I don’t know how much they pay him , but it’s not enough. He is priceless . I had a 30 year old HVAC system start acting up and gave Precision a call on a Monday afternoon. They were out here to look things over the next morning and gave me an estimate I found to be reasonable. A week later they had the new unit installed and running as well as a generator and a gas log fireplace insert hooked up. Everyone involved was professional. knowledgeable, personable and polite from start to finish. A very straightforward and upfront company to do business with.
