Can't recommend Masslock enough. I had struggled to find a locksmith to even return my calls. Then I found Masslock and their service was top notch. They quickly understood what I was looking for, sent out a locksmith who measured everything carefully and gave me an instant quote. They are very transparent on the pricing and scope of work they are doing. They came out and replaced several of my locks with high security ones. my old locks were starting to bind and now they close so easily in the cold weather. It sounds funny to be so excited about new locks but I can open the doors so easily now (was having to open the garage before!) Highly recommend and will definitely call them again!

From my initial call speaking to Paul, I felt at ease and was given a quote and a service time the same day. Jerry fixed my locks today and was so nice and easygoing and helped me an issue with my back door as well. I was stressed out a about my broken dead bolt and they made this experience seamless and professional. Highly recommend Masslock.

Accidentally locked myself out of my condo and after calling they had someone here within an hour. The locksmith, Dan, was able to quickly unlock the door and get me back in my home. Very reasonable pricing too. Hopefully don't lock myself out again, but if I do - I know who to call. Cannot recomend this place enough.
