Ii wish I could give this a ZERO rating! I would not recommend this company! In2023 our Air conditioner stopped working. I called Master Air. A young man came out and spent over 3 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I could tell that he didn't have a clue after he took the thermostat off the wall and examined it. Finally he called his co worker. He came and determined the problem. They replaced the condenser and another part. It was 97 degrees in the house at that time. I closed up the house and waited for it to cool down. The next day it was still well over 80 degrees in here. My husband called and they told him it would take a few days for it to cool down. My unit is 3 1/2 yrs old. The ac coil got a hole in it and had to wait from Friday to Monday for the part, they wouldn’t even check with other HVAC companies for the part even though my wife is disabled with a condition that requires her to stay cool ( they cared less) got the warranty part it took 1 1/2 hrs to install refrigerant was 8 lbs at 65 per. They charged me a total of 1500.00 plus a 135.50 service charge from the previous Friday that took 30 minutes. I figured they charged me around 670.00 per hr. PRICE GOUGING???

We are very pleased with the service . Steve rang our doorbell in less than three hours after we called. Steve was very pleasant and worked very quickly. Steve deserves a reward for his great workmanship. We will definitely call Air Specialist when we need any work done We are very pleased with the job well done. Thank you. Master Air after hours service is amazing. Coldest night of the year and our furnace is blowing cold air. The trouble shoote, Angela, had us try a few things to no avail. She called Alex. He came from Quincy and before too long we had warmth. Thank you, Alex!!!! So thankful for the trained staff members. Would surely recommend Master Air!

Our air conditioning unit went out in July 2024 with 100 degree temperatures. Until our new unit came in they placed a window unit for us to use. very professional and caring!
