If you go with Superior word of caution get all quotes in written even if you don't think you need them cause you just might! Had an issue with Sean and his quote. We still feel we we taken advantage of since it was the middle of July with no air conditioning. He orginally quoted us a number in the $6000 to replace. Yes I don't remember the exact number so it's are fault as well for not getting this verbal agreement in writing. But when we ask how much more to replace the furnace the quote came to $8200. So since it was only a few thousand more we went for it. Come to find out months later our home owners insurance had mechanical breakdown. So when we asked for the written quote for just the A/C unit since that was the only part the insurance would refund he turn in the quote for $420

Started the job of a new install and then never showed back up. Then Doug Williams his representative wanted $5000 for nothing. I have pictures of Superior starting the work and the contract stating they were doing the work. Someone has my $5000. Your either lying or Doug your buddy is lying. We will be filing theft charges and suing to find my $5000 and my missing doors shower and other things stolen from my house. Lay with dogs you get flees.

Customer service really lives up to the name Superior! Within two hours from making the emergency call, the technician had my unit running again. I have been very satisfied with the service, they will get my recommendations and referrals.

They did a great job fixing our central air. They found the problem that another company had messed up causing a $300 part replacement. I will recommend them from now on. 😀
