Master Fabrication

I couldn't be happier with the service and quality provided by Master Fabrication for our new metal railings. First off, their attention to detail is outstanding. They perfectly matched the existing color of the railings in our home, making the new railings look completely seamless. The installation was truly flawless; they are clearly experts in their craft. Chris is a true professional and showed incredible patience and expertise while I was trying to finalize the design and placement of the railings. His input was invaluable, and he made the decision process so much easier. If you need metal fabrication work, I highly recommend Master Fabrication!

I reached out to Chris about a month ago to get an estimate to replace the old white wooden spindles (pic below). Chris told me it would be 3-4 weeks to order them and install them. I sent him a picture of what I was looking for and he sent me a few samples to choose from. He communicated with me over the next few weeks and we scheduled the day. He showed up on time and in a couple of hours had the new spindles in place. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend his service (which I already have twice.) Thanks Chris!

Well made railings, clear communication, and follow through. I was late for our confirmed appointment and asked them to move the railings, they handled both issues with professionalism. Would use them again for future projects. Thank you for your patience and workmanship!

poor communication and follow up after work. several issues with the quality of the work and several attempts to contact with no response. Its a get the job done and no follow up customer service when complete. There is not very much attention to detail and they are not very considerate of consistency in their work. Prices are high quality is average.
