Wali is professional and honest in his recommendation in what would be best for us and did not try to up charge us. He was quick to respond and very communicative. The day I called he was available that afternoon to work on an estimate. Provided the estimate the next day and was able to start my floors 2-3 days later. I’m happy with the process and with the sand and finished floor. I added a before and after for reference.

Master Flooring did an excellent job replacing our home’s carpet with hardwood flooring. Also installed new balusters and refinished the stairs. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Master Flooring Design Center. I have owned many homes nationwide and had equally as many new floors installed. Without a doubt, this was my best experience from sales to installation. They are friendly, responsive, professional and costs are reasonable with no surprises. In our newly purchased townhome, Master Flooring replaced old carpet and old hardwoods on our main and basement levels with beautiful, durable, waterproof and fireproof vinyl floors. They even installed a one of a kind custom matching staircase. The installation team were master installers. The quality of the install was nothing less than perfect. Master Flooring did my entire home with new carpet and hard woods. Wally was very patient with me in assisting with lots of options to work with my taste and budget. The installers were professional, friendly and worked hard to make sure everything was done beautifully and correct the first time. My entire home looks brand new and the floors are stunning.
