My garage door has been inoperable for weeks. Called Master late one afternoon and they were here the next morning. David identified an unusual mechanical issue inside the drive, reassembled, lubed everything. The door was working, literally, like new. Very impressed with David’s professionalism, skill, and focus. Very fair price, as well. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

Our garage door was having issues closing. It would come down about a foot and then go back up. Sometimes, it would take multiple tries to get it closed. We eventually noticed the spring was broken. I called Master Garage Door Co. on New Year's Day (when they're closed) and still got a call back same day. We scheduled for service the next morning. I received a heads up call that the techs were on the way prior to arrival. Two techs arrived on time and replaced the springs and a frayed cable. It took less than an hour. We opened and closed the door a few times to confirm the issues were resolved. Reasonable price and a 5 year warranty.
