Jim arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly, and immediately understood what the previous company had done wrong. Had them replace my broken old garage door. That went fine until it came off the tracks barely a year later because a cable was loose. They didn't answer the phone when I called so I moved on to a different company to get it fixed. That other company explained it wasn't installed right and fixed it. Then it broke AGAIN and I called a third company that came and explained even more things these people did wrong, had to basically reinstall the whole thing. Whatever you do, don't hire these people, they don't know what they are doing. Update number 3: apparently they have just noticed this review. Master Garage did a fantastic job for me. They first came out and troubleshot my problem. It was found to have a bad travel motor. They called my manufacturer of the garage door and got me a replacement part under warranty. A couple days later they came back with the new part and got me back up and running. They were super quick, super responsive and did a great job for me. I highly recommended them for your garage door needs.

Jim is amazing! He came to my house on Sunday, couldn't fix my problem. BUT came first thing Monday and got my garage door replaced before I had to leave for work that morning! Jim was prompt and communicated well. I thought we needed a new motor but it worked fine after Jim’s basic maintenance. He could have charged me for a new motor and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Very reasonable and honest. Will definitely use him again.
