Master Granite Kitchen & Bath

This is our second great experience with Master Granite. Several years ago they did a beautiful job on our kitchen with new quartz countertops. They were able to do the job within a week of our order and the work was top notch. So we went back to them for our master bathroom. Again, they came promptly, were fast and courteous, and finished the job very quickly. And, Master Granite has the best prices you will find anywhere!

We decided to hire Master Granite to do the remodel in hopes they would give my wife the kitchen she had been wanting. From the very beginning, they had issues with communication. They use a third party contractor to complete much of their, work who was good in the beginning, but quickly disappeared when we paid the amount in full BEFORE the project was finished. Huge mistake on my part obviously. They started our project in October with the promise to be finished by Thanksgiving. That date turned into being done by Christmas and now here we are in May with an unfinished kitchen. I have called to speak with the owner and he says he will call me back which has not happened and this company is completely ghosting us.
