We had some water damage in our unit and some mold build up. We contacted multiple companies and they all were charging an inspection fee and were not available for a few days. This company were on site and did a free inspection same day and got started on the work immediately after providing a reasonable estimate. They completed the job of mold remediation and drywall repair in four days. They even provide a twelve month guarantee of their remediation work. I normally do not do reviews, but this one I should do. My condo unit had inside wall shower pipe leak. The damage went down to the first floor units bathroom ceiling and wall. Having water leak and construction damage are stressful already. I am glad I talked to the technician. He is very professional and responsive. He treats his clients issue as his own with sense of urgency. He was able to make a site visit the next day after we talked and gave me an estimate end of that day. The technician is very thorough and transparent. He called me and updated me during the mold clean up, gave me suggestions and explained each options thoroughly. I have used this company twice in the past four months, both leaks from the condo above mine. They came out quickly, identified the wet areas, pulled down the ceilings and walls affected, cleaned up the mess, and set dryers to dry out the area. They continually monitored the drying until it was complete, then removed the equipment promptly. The technicians were friendly, courteous and professional and my communications with the office while dealing with the insurance company were great. Thanks to the technician and your team!!

Discovered water had got behind the tiles in my en suite, wet and mould in quite a big section. Long story short I called this company and it was best decision I made.
