These guys are fantastic from Office support and billing to the technicians themselves. Gabriel and Abraham were super polite and efficient and did a great job hooking the heating up to my office AC and the back office is very friendly and helpful on scheduling and billing

I was having issues with my air conditioner and from receiving my call to the two air conditioning techs whom came to my home to resolve the issue, was a positive experience. I called this company for an issue I had with an AC unit in my restaurant. I was routed to their call center and explained my issue. I was told I would get a call back from one of their technicians. I got a call back from a gentleman called Jorge Rodriguez. I told him that I have a restaurant and that my dining room was a furnace and that I needed help ASAP. He told me that he was sending a truck immediately. The truck never arrived. I called him and texted him asking about the truck. He didn’t even bother to respond. I’m still waiting for the truck…

I received prompt and very professional service within minutes of placing the call for service. My a/c was fixed within hours and it was all done during the COVID-19 crisis. Both technicians showed up at my house wearing protective gear and were very careful while they were here. I would highly recommend Master Mechanical to any of my friends.
