Had an issue after all the rain this last week. Called late in the afternoon, said they could be out first thing the next morning. Quick work, very reasonable on price.

I would recommend Master Plumber to anyone looking for a plumber, they made the process of replacing my 21 yr old gas water heater easy and painless. They were in and out with in about 2 hours, answered all of my questions and the price was definitely fair and reasonable, a lot cheaper then other places I called! I am so thankful!!!

Called Josh on Wednesday 12/4/2024 for a plumbing issue. He said he has to contact my landlord before anything. Waited all day Thursday & Friday for a response, nothing. Called again today 12/7/2024 just for him to say he can’t do the job. Wasted my time because he couldn’t give a 1 minute call back.

Quick courteous service. Called Master Plumber in the morning and he showed up early afternoon to provide estimate. We gave the go ahead late evening to do the work and he was out next afternoon to do the work. On arrival he was in and out in about 40 minutes replacing a water heater. Would recommend for prompt professional service.

The only reason I would give these people any star at all is because they were the only plumbers who could get us in the same day. No wonder--all the good ones were already booked up! I greeted them at the door wearing a mask, and I asked that they also wear masks in our house. Their immediate response was that they didn't have them and that if that was important to us then they would just leave. Bear in mind that at this time, masks were a county ordinance, so by not even having them, their business was going against the law. I am amazed that they would turn down a paying customer over such a small request. In the end, we had them leave, and my husband was able to fix the issue himself with an $8 part from ACE Hardware. Guess we should thank them for saving us the money!
