Master Plumbing

I called Master Plumbing for back-up problems I was having in the master bedroom shower and toilet. The service technician, Adam, was very polite and professional. He was on-time and did a thorough job scoping the pipes with a camera and finding the source of the problem. He recommended replacing the toilet, which was a low-end brand subject to clogging and flushing problems. I've had so many problems with the plumbing in my house that I decided to go ahead with the replacement. The new toilet is a "higher-end" brand and has been working great. Adam was terrific in emailing the video of the piping underneath my house. He also explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem with my shower valve and discussed several potential options to fix it. He picked up the necessary parts and very creatively installed them as the original installation when the house was built had been poorly done. Plan to use Kyle for any further plumbing problems we might have. The price we paid was very reasonable given the expensive Delta parts.
