Hands down, 5 stars! I wanted to change out my kitchen faucets, replace a garbage disposal and add a water purifier. I called Chad and he was able to schedule me within a few days. Day 1 we had to leave sooner than expected so Chad split the job for us. No questions asked. His team was polite, meticulous and did not leave a mess. I’m so thankful to have found Chad! Will be referring him from now on!

I contacted them regarding a whistle sound in the bathroom since they just had installed a brand new water heater. The owner, Chad, send two young guys to check out the problem. One of them claimed the sound is related to the water pressure and we need to install water pressure valve to fix the issue. As they worked on the install , they broke my sprinkler and claimed it was broken even though I had used it the day before! They said they have to charge me to fix the broken sprinkler. I declined since I was afraid they will cause more damages. Needless to say, they charged $ 350 and the sound got worse! After talking to the owner, he said the water pressure ( 90 psi) may have already damaged the pipes and he will send someone to check it out in a day or two. I called another plumber and the

Chad and his crew were great to work with. Chad quickly got American Leak Detection here to find where our main service line was leaking and had his guys here to fix it first thing the next day. Everyone was great during the whole process-fron the initial phone call to completion of repairs. Great business and easy to work with!

Don’t waste your time!! Find someone else to fix your plumbing problems!! We had an early morning appt scheduled to fix plumbing issues. Chad never showed up! Not even a phone call to let us know he wouldn’t be showing up!! Unreliable and unresponsive freelancer!!!

Our kitchen sink controls (likely original...22 years old) needed work. It appeared that the shutoff valves were stuck, but Walter diagnosed that washers had simply rotted and gotten up into the sink control fixtures. They arrived promptly (1st call that a.m.), were here over an hour, and charged a reasonable figure for the time and effort. Walter and his understudy/assistant Henry were polite and on time. We subsequently bought new sink control knobs and installed those ourselves, although Walter had offered to return and install those. We would certainly call them again.
