From my first cold phone call to MWR, I knew they were consummate professionals. They calmly and patiently talked me through the process. Every representative I interacted with was courteous and straightforward. There were no surprises. The windows cost what their estimate said they would cost, and they were installed exactly when they said they would. All of this sounds very normal, but I am here to tell you in Brooklyn it is an extraordinary thing. Five stars. Wish I had more windows to replace.

The price was good since the other repair company wanted to charge for the entire window, and Master Repair charged for half of it. The window took 5 - 6 weeks to arrive, but when they finally did the installation, they were done in an hour, and it was clean and efficient. The team was polite throughout
