MasterBrand Cabinets - Goshen Operations Facility

Driver arrived for delivery around 12 PM. Appointment was scheduled for 01/30 from 8 AM to 1 PM. Facility was closed due to team training, and no one was available to unload the truck. We contacted the broker, and they admitted it was their mistake. They offered a layover until Monday, which created a big issue since the driver had another load scheduled back to NY the same day. Then Bruce, the facility manager, showed up. Even though the facility was closed, he stepped in and helped us without hesitation. No attitude, no questions — just understanding and professionalism. This is what the industry needs: people helping people. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Bruce, if you’re reading this — God bless you and your family.

If I could give the no stars I would. These cabinets are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed. I have been sending emails for replacement of two cabinet doors I received one initial response and that is it! I have sent ALL the necessary photos and purchase papers numerous times and still NO response. I just sent another email today. Not to mention quality it is just horrible it’s like the color is stripping away on the cabinets. DO NOT BUY!!! Very disappointed all around.

I'm having a home built by Pulte in Michigan, we "upgraded" our kitchen cabinets for "better" quality. Pulte should have set back out island the minute it was unloaded. The edges are not stained, the finish is inconsistent on the drawers and doors. It looks cheap. I'm not sure how Pulte is going to resolve the issues without ripping everything out. This island should have never passed quality control.

I purchased Schrock cabinets on 3/9 from Studio 41. In the beginning of June I was delivered several damaged cabinets. I was assured I would have replacements in 2-3 weeks. On 7/13 I was promised delivery of the replacements and everyday thereafter until they finally arrived on 7/19, some still had damage and none hd doors or drawer fronts. I was promised they would come in 2 weeks. On 9/6 the doors were delivered 3 were still damaged/warped. 1 drawer front came by fed ex with a sideways hole drilled into it. I called the customer service line to no avail and of course Studio 41 and there service is just as poor. The quality of these cabinets is poor at best. I will attach photos!!! I still have no resolution! 9/14/22I just received my 4th attempt at new cabinet doors and they only sent 2
