Website doesn’t interact properly. You can’t sign up to apply for dealership status because the security feature is broken and if you call, you go through prompting and then I get a recording “saying call back later”. These guys must have must have more business than they know what to do with. Good luck!

This company was so disappointing to work with. We spent over $17,000 on cabinets for our small kitchen because we liked the sample in Home Depot. It was their top line, the nicest they made, called Thomasville Artisan. There are two long strips of cabinet that are missing paint! The glass for two of the glass cabinets we bought? It's been over three months and it hasn't been delivered. Glass cabinets with no glass, and by the way, no instructions to install said glass! My contractor can't believe it. Not to mention their poor customer service. If you're going to buy premium, work with a local cabinet installer, not a huge Company like this one.

Did an entire kitchen remodel with Fieldstone cabinets. A couple of the cabinets in our order were omitted from the order causing a delay, and a few other components were built to the incorrect sizes, causing further delays! Now, a few months later and we have buckling and flaking taking place. “Regional Sales Rep” is attempting to give us the run around. Worst decision we made was to use Severna Park Kitchen and Bath and to purchase Fieldstone Cabinets under the MasterBrand umbrella! Disappointing customer service and lack of their standing behind their product.

Absolute worse cabinets due to the "pandemic". HORRENDOUS customer service. Does not back up their product. Just keeps kicking the buck down the road. Its been 9 months and they still cant rectify a single kitchen.
