I received a free carpet cleaning from my apartment complex when I renewed my lease. Nathan arrived right on time. He was pleasant, friendly, efficient, and effective. He did an amazing job, even partially removing some set in stains that were present before I moved in. The carpet looks amazing and feels super soft and fluffy. Kim in the office was also kind, helpful, and pleasant to interact with.

I highly recommend MasterClean. I was very nervous a service like this would take my wallet on a run. I was upfront on what I was willing to pay, and he could of said the price was my budget. Not only did he not do that, he gave me a more than fair price. The work was high quality. The guys were very neat and clean and the results of the attic ceiling were impressive! Very impressed! Well run company by Dan, a super nice straightforward guy. Very professional representation by Matt, one of the techs that came out to remove the mold in my attic and basement. Reasonable price and honest. You won’t have to feel like you’re getting taken for a ride when you use these guys. Highly recommend.

MasterClean did an amazing job on our house. We were having work done to get our Indiana house ready for sale but had already moved to Texas so had to coordinate everything long distance. We were having a problem with several of our service providers...but not MasterClean. Teresa was fabulous; she helped me with cost estimate and setting the appointment. She was friendly and professional, even when I had to reschedule twice due to other work not being completed in time. The technician contacted me when he was on his way and was on time for the appointment. We had all the carpets cleaned and deodorized as well as all the tile and grout cleaned. He did an amazing job in all areas in a quick and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!
