Waiting on a claim, product was defect agreed by the sales rep and sales rep gave me 2 weeks to resolve it or up to 2 months. Fair? I’m still waiting to get paid from my customer. I will keep you all informed what will happen from today. Hopefully they are honest enough to take care theses issues.

Had a great experience. I was looking to tile my home and stopped in to check out their stock. After talking with them, I ended up with real wood floors for less than I was planning on spending for tile and 2 years later, everyone still comments on the floors as soon as they walk in. Great service. Great selection. Excellent business.
